Food & Beverage Assistant

We’re seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our award-winning luxury restaurant team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences in our fine dining restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, attentive table service with a focus on product knowledge
Assist with mise-en-place, polishing, and maintaining impeccable presentation standards
Support lunch and dinner services
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations

About You:

Previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel environment (essential)
Excellent communication and a genuine love for hospitality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting
WSET or whisky knowledge is a bonus but not required—full training provided
Flexible to work split shifts, weekends, and evenings
