Responsibilities
As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering an outstanding experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:

- You will take the lead on maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces across the property. This includes linen management, bed-making, and thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and all communal areas. You’ll ensure all departures are fully prepared for new arrivals, meeting high cleanliness standards every day. From time to time, you may also assist with minor maintenance tasks such as unblocking toilets or showers to keep facilities running smoothly.

- Maintain accurate records, including handovers, maintenance logs, lost property, and guest interactions.
- Building Setup & Breakdown

- Support the setup and dismantling of accommodation spaces for arrivals and departures.

- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.

Language Skills
Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading) is required. Additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, French, German, or Cantonese are a plus.

Job Outline
Contract Type: Fixed-Term contract
Hours: Minimum 24 hours per week, typically 30–40 hours
Shift Work: Rotating shifts, including nights. Your schedule will be provided at least one week in advance.
Weekend Availability: Required to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.
