To work in the Kitchen Team in exceeding the expectations of our guests, by creating unforgettable food to the Head Chefs standards. To inspire and challenge yourself and supervise and be responsible for your section.
What's life like here? The Torridon is remote, beautiful. There are quite a few live in staff which makes it's own little community. Recently voted employer of the year management go out of their way to make sure that staff are heard and looked after. Accommodation is typically in one of the brand new pods with your own sitting room, kitchen, bedroom and it's one of the nicest we have seen. In your off time, you have access to all the staff facilities including bikes and paddle boarding. It suits adventure and nature lovers.
What to expect: Think Skyfall (James Bond), a very very beautiful landscape.
What you won't find: Marks and Spencers/Costco or Costa Coffee though the village shop and facilities do a good job of filling in.
